About Studyways Global

A small, London-based consultancy for students from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Nepal who want honest, structured guidance — not sales pressure.

Who we are

Studyways Global is a study-abroad admissions consultancy based on Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PD. We work with students from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Nepal who are applying to universities in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

We started because too many families were paying for advice they couldn't trust. Some agents guarantee visas. Some push a fixed list of partner universities regardless of fit. Some disappear once the offer letter lands. We do the opposite: one counselor, one honest shortlist, and a checklist that stays with you from your first question to the day you land.

Our position: no consultancy can guarantee an offer, a scholarship, or a visa. We tell you the real odds and the real requirements — every time.

What we believe

  • No guaranteed outcomes. Visa decisions and admission decisions belong to governments and universities. Any consultancy that promises otherwise is not telling you the truth.
  • One counselor, start to finish. You will not be handed between departments. The person who takes your first call sees you through to enrolment.
  • Country-specific documents. The UK needs a CAS. The US needs an I-20 and SEVIS. Canada needs a provincial attestation in some cases. Australia has Genuine Student requirements. New Zealand has its own fee-paying route. Each one gets its own checklist — not a generic one.
  • Transparent fees. You will know what you are paying for, and when, before you commit to anything.
  • Honest about limits. If a destination is not realistic for your profile yet, we will tell you — and tell you what would change that.

How we work

1. Free profile evaluation

You share grades, test scores and budget. We tell you where you stand — including where a country is not realistic yet.

2. Shortlist & applications

A shortlist matched to subject, budget and intake. Every application form and personal statement is reviewed before submission.

3. Document & financial preparation

A destination-specific checklist, tracked to real deadlines — not a generic date. Passport, transcripts, IELTS/PTE, SOP, references, financial evidence — chased until complete.

4. Offer & visa

Interview preparation, financial evidence review, and step-by-step guidance through the student visa process for your destination.

5. Pre-departure & after you land

Pre-departure briefing, plus a counselor you can still reach once you're on campus. Because the first week is when questions actually start.

Who we work with

We support students from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Nepal applying to universities in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We speak English, Urdu, Hindi and Bengali.

We work with students at every stage — from those finishing A-levels or the equivalent, to graduates applying for a master's, to working professionals returning to study.

What we don't do

  • We don't guarantee outcomes. No consultancy can.
  • We don't take commissions from universities without disclosing it to you.
  • We don't support forged or misrepresented documents.
  • We don't push you toward a country or university that's wrong for your profile.
  • We don't disappear after the offer letter arrives.

What families ask us most

Three questions, answered directly.

Are you tied to specific universities?

No. We shortlist universities based on your subject, budget, target intake and profile — not on commission arrangements. If a university pays agents a commission (many do), we disclose it to you before you apply. You always choose your final list.

Do you guarantee a visa or an offer?

No — and no consultancy can. Visa decisions belong to immigration authorities; admission decisions belong to universities. We help you prepare the strongest possible application and tell you the realistic odds. If any consultant promises a guaranteed outcome, that is a red flag.

What if my profile isn't strong enough yet?

We tell you — and then we tell you what would change that. That might mean retaking IELTS, adding a year of work experience, taking a foundation year, or choosing a different destination. Our advice is honest even when it means we earn less from you in the short term.
