Frequently asked questions

Direct answers about how Studyways Global works, what we can and cannot promise, and what you need before you apply. No hedging.

About Studyways Global

How we work, what we charge, and what we will not promise.

Does Studyways Global guarantee a student visa or university offer?

No. No consultancy can guarantee a visa or an admission offer — those decisions belong to universities and immigration authorities. We tell you the realistic odds and the real requirements before you apply. Any consultancy that promises otherwise is not telling you the truth.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The initial profile evaluation and consultation are free, no obligation. You will know what paid services cost, and when, in writing before you commit to anything.

Will I work with the same counselor throughout?

Yes. One counselor stays with you from your first question to enrolment — you are not passed between departments. The person who takes your first call sees you through to arrival.

What are your fees?

The first consultation and profile evaluation are free. Paid services are quoted upfront and in writing before you commit. Third-party fees (application fees, test fees, visa fees, tuition deposits) are paid directly by you to the relevant authority or institution.

Destinations and applications

Where we help, when to apply, and what to expect.

Which countries does Studyways Global help students apply to?

The United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We support students from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Nepal.

How many intakes are there per year?

Most destinations have three main intakes — September, January and May — though exact dates vary by country and university. The UK uses September and January primarily; the USA uses Fall, Spring and Summer; Canada uses Fall, Winter and Summer; Australia and New Zealand use February and July as their main intakes. Your counselor maps deadlines to your specific target intake.

Can I apply to more than one country at once?

Yes. Many students shortlist universities across two or three countries and choose the destination only after offers arrive. Each destination has its own documentation, so we plan accordingly and track the different deadlines.

How long does the whole process take?

From first consultation to arrival is typically 6 to 12 months, depending on the destination and intake. Applications open 9–12 months before the intake, and visa processing can take weeks to months. Starting early gives you time to prepare documents and financial evidence correctly.

Documents, visas and eligibility

What's required, and what to do if something is missing.

What documents do I need for a student visa?

Requirements differ by country, but typically include a passport, academic transcripts, English test scores (IELTS/PTE), a statement of purpose, references and financial evidence. Country-specific additions include a CAS for the UK, I-20 and SEVIS for the USA, a PAL for Canada, a CoE and OSHC for Australia, and an Offer of Place and funds evidence for New Zealand. We build a checklist tailored to your destination.

What if my grades or IELTS score are below the requirement?

We will tell you honestly, and we will tell you what would change the picture — retaking IELTS, adding a foundation or Pre-Master's, gaining work experience, or choosing a different destination. Our advice is honest even when it means we earn less from you in the short term.

What if my visa is refused?

We help you understand the refusal reasons and, where possible, prepare a stronger application for a future intake or an appeal. We do not refund third-party fees already paid to universities or authorities. We do not guarantee a different outcome on a new application.

Do you help with scholarships?

We help you identify scholarships you are eligible for and prepare the supporting documents, but we never promise an award — scholarship decisions rest with the awarding body.
