Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

The short version: We help you apply well. We do not and cannot guarantee admission, scholarships or visas — those decisions belong to universities and governments. Fees for paid services are quoted in writing before any work begins. You can cancel any paid engagement, subject to work already completed.

1. Who we are

Studyways Global ("we", "us", "our") is a study-abroad admissions consultancy based at Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PD, United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@studywaysglobal.com or +44 7789 489205.

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of services

We provide:

  • Profile evaluation and consultation (free of charge).
  • University shortlisting and application preparation support.
  • Document checklist guidance, tailored to your destination country.
  • Personal statement and SOP review.
  • Visa interview preparation support.
  • Pre-departure briefing.

We do not:

  • Act as a university agent without disclosing it.
  • Submit visa applications on your behalf — you must sign and submit your own application.
  • Take payment for third-party fees (application fees, test fees, visa fees) on your behalf.
  • Guarantee admission, scholarships, or visas.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Admission decisions are made by universities. Scholarship decisions are made by awarding bodies. Visa decisions are made by immigration authorities. We make no guarantee that you will receive an offer, a scholarship, or a visa. Any statement to the contrary made by any third party is not authorised by us.

If any consultant, agent or affiliate of Studyways Global promises a guaranteed outcome, that promise is not valid and should be reported to info@studywaysglobal.com immediately.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and current information.
  • Submit authentic documents. We will not support forged, altered or misrepresented documents, and doing so ends our engagement immediately without refund.
  • Meet deadlines we agree together.
  • Pay third-party fees (application fees, test fees, visa fees, tuition deposits) directly to the relevant authority or institution.
  • Inform us promptly if your circumstances change (for example, your grades, English test scores, or target intake).

5. Fees

The initial consultation and profile evaluation are free of charge. Any paid services will be quoted to you in writing, with a clear scope and payment schedule, before you commit. Nothing will be charged without your written agreement.

Fees are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment methods will be specified in your written quote.

6. Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel any paid engagement in writing at any time.
  • Fees for work already performed up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
  • Third-party fees already paid to universities or authorities are non-refundable by us.
  • If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control, we will refund any unused fees paid for services not yet delivered.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential. We share it with universities and application portals only with your written consent. We share it with service providers only where necessary to deliver your service, and each is bound by confidentiality. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual property

Documents we prepare for you — including personal statements, SOP reviews and checklists — are yours to use for your applications. Our templates, methods and internal processes remain ours.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made by universities, immigration authorities or test providers.
  • Delays caused by third parties.
  • Loss arising from inaccurate information you provide.
  • Loss arising from changes in visa rules or university policies after the date we advised you.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for the specific service in question.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet outages, or public health emergencies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when. If the change is material, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
