What we actually do

Four things, done properly — rather than ten things done loosely. Every service is scoped and priced in writing before work begins, and none of them carry a guaranteed-outcome promise.

Free profile evaluation

We look at your grades, test scores and budget honestly — and tell you which universities are a realistic fit, not just which ones we'd like to sell you.

University shortlisting & applications

A shortlist matched to your subject, budget and target intake. Every application form and personal statement is reviewed before submission.

Document & financial evidence support

A checklist built for your destination country — passport, transcripts, IELTS/PTE, SOP, references, financial evidence — chased until complete.

Visa & pre-departure guidance

Interview preparation, financial documentation review, and a pre-departure briefing so nothing about the process catches you by surprise.

1. Free profile evaluation

The consultation is genuinely free — no hidden charge, no obligation to buy anything. In 20–30 minutes we go through:

  • Your current qualification and grades
  • English test scores (IELTS / PTE / TOEFL) if any
  • Your subject area and career direction
  • Realistic budget for tuition and living costs
  • Target intake and timing

At the end of the call we give you a written summary: which destinations and universities are a realistic fit for your profile now, which might become realistic with specific improvements, and what those improvements would be. You can take that summary and act on it yourself, or use us for the next steps.

2. University shortlisting & applications

We build your shortlist from first principles — not from commission agreements. That means we look at the subject, the budget, the intake and the visa route before we look at which universities pay agents. If a university on your list does pay us a commission, we disclose it in writing before you apply.

For every application we:

  • Review the personal statement or statement of purpose — for structure, honesty and fit with the course
  • Check the application form for the small errors that cause avoidable rejections
  • Advise on referees and reference letters
  • Track deadlines per intake — not a generic date
  • Coordinate with the university admissions team on your behalf where possible

3. Document & financial evidence support

Each destination needs different evidence. This is where most rejections and visa refusals happen — not because the applicant isn't capable, but because one document was in the wrong format, the financial evidence was too old, or the passport name didn't match the transcripts.

We build a checklist tailored to your destination and chase it until complete. Typical items:

  • Passport (with required validity)
  • Academic transcripts and degree certificates
  • English test scores (IELTS / PTE / TOEFL)
  • Statement of purpose (SOP)
  • Letters of recommendation
  • Financial evidence — bank statements, sponsor letters, loan sanctions
  • CAS / I-20 / provincial attestation (as applicable)
  • Medical and biometrics (as applicable)

Realistic honesty: we cannot make your financial evidence stronger than it is. What we can do is make sure it's presented correctly the first time, so the visa officer isn't left guessing.

4. Visa & pre-departure guidance

We do not submit visa applications on your behalf — you sign and submit them yourself. What we do is prepare you for every step:

  • Interview preparation for countries that require it
  • Financial documentation review against current published requirements
  • Step-by-step walkthrough of the online application for your destination
  • Pre-departure briefing — packing, banking, SIM, first-week logistics, and what to do if the airport or border asks questions

What we do not offer

  • Guaranteed offers, scholarships or visas — no consultancy can deliver these.
  • Submission of visa applications on your behalf.
  • Support for forged or misrepresented documents.
  • Payment of third-party fees (application fees, test fees, visa fees) on your behalf.

How fees work

The initial consultation and profile evaluation are free. Any paid services are scoped and quoted to you in writing before work begins. Fees are usually staged: a portion on engagement, a portion on shortlist sign-off, and a portion on offer and visa preparation. You will always know what you are paying for, and when, before you commit.

Third-party fees (application fees, test fees, visa fees, tuition deposits) are paid directly by you to the relevant authority or institution.

Common questions about our services

Direct answers.

Is the initial consultation really free?

Yes. The profile evaluation and initial consultation are free. You will know what paid services cost, and when, in writing before you commit to anything.

Do you guarantee an offer, a scholarship or a visa?

No — and no consultancy can. Offers are decided by universities, scholarships by awarding bodies, and visas by immigration authorities. We help you prepare the strongest possible application and tell you the realistic odds.

Can I use only part of your service?

Yes. Some students use us for the free profile evaluation and shortlist only. Others use us through to visa preparation. Scope and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Which destinations do you support?

The United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand — for students from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
